Firsts for the company -

  1. Multiple agro residues converted into high energy bio fuel pellets without the aid of binders using varied matrices and configurations based on type of residue.
  2. At the behest of the Ministry of Petroleum, made hybrid biomass pellets, mixed with crude oil sludge.
  3. Similarly making hybrid pellets by mixing dolochar (unburnt coal and dolomite powder) into a biofuel pellet.
  4. As a measure to prevent forest fires, 100% pure pine needle pellets produced using portable pellet presses that can virtually convert the pine needles into pellets on the forest floor itself.
  5. To address the crop burning of agro residues at behest of the Government, have successfully made India’s first commercial torrefaction system, thereby enabling conversion of such residues into high energy bio coal
  6. Using partial pyrolysis, converting waste plastic into high grade oil.
  7. Production of syngas using integrated mini Gasifiers using plastic waste (for bulk-cooking, to run irrigation pumps, D.G set or even converted into electricity).
  8. To replace biomass briquettes with proprietary equipment and know-how with 12-15 mm pellets and nearly doubling the output of energy.
  9. European design burner which is most efficient when used in conjunction with our normal as well as torrefied pellets, enabling over 50 % savings compared to diesel usage.
  10. Biomass cook stove, both community and domestic produced at behest of UN Foundation Clean Cooking Alliance which are the only stoves in country meeting Tier IV WHO guidelines.
  11. We are the channel partner for indigenously developed plasma gasification technology which can convert hazardous, biomedical, MSW, plastic into syngas, which can be used as such or converted into electricity.
  12. European tie up for converting agro residues into 98 % purity CNG while capturing inline, the CO2 to produce food grade CO2.
  13. Given our expertise and specialization in pelleting of wood and other agro- residues, NuGreen launches Pure Cellulose Fiber Pellets {(Stone Mastic Asphalt (SMA) additive) which is now mandatory in making the highways in India. It provides a deformation-resistant, durable surfacing material, suitable for heavily trafficked roads.} .
  14. We are the first one ever to convert the Wet Corn Silage into dehydrated pellets.
